Description
Marie Petitcuénot is Head of Impact & Equality Lead for EMEA - South and Central at Salesforce since May 2022.
In this role, Marie leads Salesforce's initiatives to increase its impact in equality, diversity, employee philanthropic engagement and digital talent development.
Aligned with Salesforce's "Business as a platform for change" vision, Marie launched "1000 Women in Tech" initiative, in June 2022, to attract, train and mentor 1000 women into employment in the Salesforce Economy by 2024. To conduct her mission, she relies on equality groups formed by Salesforce employees to promote diversity in all its forms within the company and in the marketplace, including the Salesforce Women Network, the first group created in France. 1000 Women in Tech, the Salesforce Talents program and P-Tech are examples of initiatives implemented by Salesforce to upskill, reskill and have a more inclusive approach of women in digital jobs.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Marie Petitcuénot served as a special advisor in the office of Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Minister in charge of Industry at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, from July 2020 to March 2022. Marie is a graduate of ESCP (business school) and Sciences Po (Institute of Political Studies).
